Shannon Snell MBA, BSDH
Shannon is a Dental Hygienist with an MBA who has clocked thousands of hours coaching private dental practices helping them achieve maximum profitability and increased team retention all through streamlining standard operating procedures and delivering comprehensive clinical care without an insurance driven mindset.
On a personal note, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family that consists of 5 loving kids and a wonderful husband. When she is not dedicating time to her passion of work, you can find her enjoying workout sessions, a good business book, MN summers and all that being a mom has to offer. She embraces the chaos which is life and lives each day with abundance and intention.

As the client success manager, Jenny provides administrative support for the Dental Consulting Coaching team as well as our highly successful practices. Jenny has over a decade of experience serving the dental industry in different areas including but not limited to practice management coaching, full cycle recruiting and interviewing/onboarding strategies. One of her many strengths is in organization and execution, and she loves utilizing her talents to assist our loving client base to reach their potential and beyond!

Over 2 decades ago, Tracey jumped feet first into the dental industry and has never looked back. Throughout her dental career, Tracey has successfully managed and transformed three dental practices into highly profitable business entities with an approach of patient health first, production second.
Tracey chose to advance her keen business knowledge with a stamp of approval earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. Tracey is proud to keep her feet wet in the day-to-day operations of a dental practice as an active practice manager in addition to assisting dentists with credentialing needs, new transitions, solo doctor to multi-location practice manager development training and implementation of front office systems. Tracey is an insurance expert and a likable, down to earth practice coach that will help you reach your goals and beyond.

Michelle Arnett MS, LDH
Michelle Arnett currently serves as our expert in periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning for our high achieving Dental Hygiene teams. When outside of client practices, Michelle serves as the Assistant Professor in the Department of Primary Dental Care, Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota (UMN) School of Dentistry (SOD). She has 8 years of clinical practice experience and 7 years’ experience in academics and research at the University of Michigan SOD and the UMN SOD.
Michelle has the ability to take the complication out of periodontal diagnosis and allow teams to streamline their period protocol while incorporating the 2017 Staging and Grading Classification system, just like her students.

Kelly Messier M.Ed., LDA
Kelly is an essential component to our coaching team and specializes in creating positive and effective Dentist-Dental Assistant relationships. Kelly’s coaching focuses on reducing stress within the operative schedule by empowering Dental Assistants to maintain a wide scope of practice which enables the Dentist to see more patients with ease.
Kelly is extremely knowledgeable due to her variety of professional accomplishments including but not limited to: serving as the primary lead Dental Assistant trainer at one of the largest corporate dental entities, providing temporary services in over 100 offices and serving as a current faculty member at Century College Dental Assisting program. Kelly has the best personality, glowing smile and has a special way of encouraging team members to be the best version of themselves.

Megan O'Connell MSDH, LDH
Megan is a Dental Hygienist with a Masters of Science in Dental Hygiene Education and has 4 years of experience teaching and research as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She also has 13 years of private practice experience in high-production dental offices where she utilizes her extensive training in diode lasers and periodontal therapy, restorative expanded functions, IV sedation, and Botox Cosmetic and Therapeutic treatment planning, just to name a few. Megan is very knowledgeable and extremely prepared to help coach hygienists with her extensive teaching background, real-life application of skills as a clinical hygienist, and passion for patient care.
In her free time, Megan enjoys quality-time with her husband and 3 beautiful children. A few of their favorite family pastimes are movie nights, dance parties, and spending time outside. She also enjoys going on lunch dates with friends and listening to a good podcast.
